She met my adoptive father father when she was 3 months pregnant and they married when I was 3 months old‚ September of 1961. I was born at a Doctors Hopital on June 15‚1961‚ in Kansas City‚ MO. My adoptive father is Ronald Ragan Sr. My mothers brother‚ Carl Goodwin told me that my birth fathers name is Bill‚ but did not give me a last name.
