Have no idea who my birth mother is. Last name could have been spelled Hannah too. Jackson County Missouri adoption decree number is A.13236. Richard B. Kirwan was the guardian ad litem. Mother was the sole parent. Adoptive parents were Art and Neva Tobey from Indiana. My name was changed from Elaine Hanna to Mary Tobey. Adoption decree for Jefferson County Juvenile court is book 9 at page no. 431.
