To the best of my knowledge I had an older Brother, William Davidson a Sister two years younger, Valerie and there was a set of twins that were five yesrs younger, name unknown. I believe our Mother was a Minnie Davidson, (Maiden Name??), born Jackson County, MO.. My last knowledge of Minnie was that she was in a Mental Ward in a Kansas City Hospital in 1968. In about 1948 we were all taken from a rural home (A share croppers shack) in Jackson County just outside Independence, MO.., This removal was necessitated because of the abusive acts of an alcoholic Step Father, Thomas Turner.. The removal was handled by a Ms. Lovelle the County Case Worker. We were all placed in a County Facility and then my Sister, Valerie, and I were placed in a Foster Home in Independence - The Andersons Mr. Anderson was a US Mail Carrier and they had a Son, Roy. I last visited the Andersons in 1968 at their Home in Independence Ms. Lovelle, the Case Worker, was very involved and even attempted to adopt my Sister Valerie and I, and, even stayed in touch for many years after we were adopted. Indications are that all of Minnie’s children were fathered by different individuals.
