My mother gave birth to a child on June 19 1949 in Kansas City Missouri. She named him William J. Spencer, I think. He was given up for adoption that year some time. My mother got married a few years later and had 6 children of whom I am one of them. My mother died in 1970 so all information is from my Aunt. I recently received a notification from a man born in 1970 and also was adopted but shows I am his uncle. I believe his father was my mother’s child. The resemblance was almost exact. I also received a new notification from this child’s sister that he passed away last December. So no more information from this guys family. Help me find William J Spencer please
