I named this little boy PrestonJo Scott Miller-Clayton (although the state has had his name as Preston Jo Scott Clayton). He was born in Springfield‚ Missouri at Cox South Hospital (3 months premature). He was put into Foster Care though Springfield Partners and I do believe that’s who adopted him out.
