My state file number 124-94-205006. My B.C. was issued on Behalf of MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH and SENIOR SERVICES IN ST. LOUIS CITY SIGNED WITH HIS SIGNATURE: CRAIG B. WARD, Whom was the State’s Registrar of Vital Statistics. My Adopted parents have 13teen adopted children whom I did get along as a small child. I grew to love them as family.
