I made the decision to let my son and daughter become adopted when they were very young because I thought it was the best thing for them. I did not want them to watch me struggle the same way I had watched my mom struggle for most of my life. It was the hardest decision I ever made in my life but I wanted them to have a better life than I could have ever hoped to give them. I do love them so much and often wonder about them. I hope one day to see them again.
