I was born at Boone County Hospital, Columbia, MO, and my original birth certificate identified me as "Baby Girl Richards" - notes from my mom (who adopted me) indicate my birth mother was a nurse, age 24. Her father was 54, her mother was 58, she had an older brother, age 36, younger sister, age 22 and a brother who died at 5 days old. My birth father was a pediatrician, age 29, of Italian decent. His father was 62 and the owner of several markets. His mother was 54, Italian-American. He had two younger brothers and two younger sisters. I was adopted through the Missouri department of public health and welfare. My adoption decree was filed on December 30, 1963 and signed by W.M. Dinwiddie, Judge of the Circuit Court of Boone County MO
