I am the birth mother and am looking for my birth son who was born on March 18th, 1981. My maiden name was Bobbi or Bobette Oleson. He was born at St. John’s in Springfield, MO on 3/18/1981. I only know that the parents who adopted him lived in Springfield, MO at the time. I was 17 and unwed. I wanted to give the baby a family to grow up with. Supposedly the adoptive parents were similar in physical characteristics to me and the birth father. I am blonde, blue eyed and the father had dark hair. I do not know if the adoptive parents were planning to tell my son that he was adopted.
