I am searching for my cousin who’s Birth Name was Michael Hughes. He lived in Alabama most of his life before moving to Missouri with his mother Tammy Hughes. A couple of years after moving to Missouri he was taken by DHR and placed with a foster family and adopted. No one in our family was allowed to have contact with him. We do think his name was changed by the adoptive family.
