I just recently discovered that my mother gave up a child for adoption (black market) in Kansas City. The baby was born in north Kansas City but my mother was told a doctor in Kansas was the adopting parent. They told her it was a boy but she didn’t even want to look for fear of changing her mind. She was raped & in the middle of a divorce. If she had openly had a child she would’ve had her other children taken away.
