I was born on March 31, 1969 in St Louis Memorial Hospital. I was adopted and brought home on April 6, 1969. I do not have any background information. I have looked through what little my parents had. There may be diabetes and/or kidney issues with birth parents because my mom did tell me I needed to get checked yearly for both and my kidney issues started at age 5. I don’t have any other information. I’m just wanting to say thank you to my birth parents. It was a selfless act of Love and I’ve had the most loving family and life.
