My father was William Roger parks born 09/25/1951 and when he was 18 he was deployed to Germany. His girlfriend at the time was pregnant but they didn’t know that. He received papers to sign his rights away and was in Germany so I don’t know if he signed them. He got bak to the states and couldn’t find the girl or baby.
