I was adopted 12 days after birth. My birth mom was a college student and single. My birthplace was in Jefferson City‚ MO. I am not sure which hospital. My adoptive parents lived in northern MO at that time in a little town named Milan. My dad was a pastor and my mom a homemaker. Their names were Ann and Howard Varner. They were wonderful parents and loved my an adopted older sister and me well. They are now in heaven with Jesus. I am 60 years old and think my birth mom is still alive in her late 70s‚ but I have no idea where she lives if she is alive.
