I am 34 yrs. old and my birth name was Latoyare Marie Wilson and believe I was born somewhere in Jackson County Missouri. I was legally adopted on March 22 1983 at the CIRCUIT COURT OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI FAMILY COURT DIVISION 16. I have been told my birthmother was very young and was blonde blue eyed. My mothers name was Kathleen Wilson (spelling may be different) I believe my birth father was somewhat older and had some sort of arthritis and that his name was Anthony. Her mother and father would not allow her to keep me. I’m not sure she even saw me.
