birth parent: baby girl born in September of 1961‚ Biloxi MS‚ adoption handled by Claire Sikul-Hornsby. Originally said she didn't handle adoptions or didn't have any viable prospects later contacted my parents to see if still interested and met them outside of the hospital with infant (me). I‚ much later‚ saw a newspaper article that stated Sikul-Hornsby‚ an attorney‚ and her brother a judge get honored for handling so many adoptions. My father reached out to Sikul-Hornsby in the 1990's and she said all her records went up in a fire.
