Searching for my brother. Limited information but I know his mother was originally from New Orleans, LA. Her name is Carmaine Bell Scott, she is no longer alive however, she has other children living in Louisiana. The adoption took place in Mississippi. Found out from my father just this week :) that I had a brother, whom he has never seen. Relationship happened before he married my mother. Found the birth mom however, she is deceased. My father told me my brother is 5 years older than me..so making him born in 72/73..just incase my dad is off by a little bit :)
