I am looking for a sister born 3 years before me. Mother is Carla Jeanette Smith, she was 19 years old, born February 18,1963. She was sent to an unwed mother’s home in Jackson, Ms. I am told this place no longer exist. My mother claims she gave the baby the name Amber Nicole Smith.
