my Grandmother was born in New Orleans July 1,1954 by doctor melaon? her mother was young (under 21 when she placed her for adoption) and her father was married to another woman, he was very prominent a doctor or a lawyer.so her mother give her up, she was later moved to an orphanage in Jackson Ms where she was adopted by my great grandparents and had contact with her birth mother one time as a child however she didn’t know that was her mother at the time. I’m in desperate search to find anyone related to her for medical records, although my grandmother was born from an affair she was my best friend, I understand if there is a dislike for her from the fathers side of the family but I’m desperate to get family medical history. Her one year “trial” period was from dec 9 1954-Dec 9, 1955. Her adoption was finalized in Hinds County on December 9, 1955 by William A beacon on behalf of JO Snowden of the Mississippi children’s home. She only had one hand the other was a ball from improper inutero development. I’m desperate please help me.
