I’m searching for my father’s birth parents for him as he is now deceased. He was privately adopted in or around Biloxi, MS in 1959 by Richard Francis Boney and Norma Valerie Boney. His name after the adoption was Mark James Boney. I think his birth mother was originally from Texas - not sure where though.
