Hello, My brother’s adoption was from the following. Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota 2414 Park Avenue Minneapolis, MN 55404 telephone 612-339-0821 (Currently, phone is inactive and from google search the address has changed.) Our parents were told that Todd’s birth parents were teenagers and both of Norwegian decent. My brother has mixed feelings about meeting his birth parents. But is interested in family medical history. He has given me permission to search for them. If contact is possible, he has also given me permission to communicate by letter and send them pictures.
