Her name would now be Alexis Feiler instead of Oksa. Mother had a myriad of substance abuse problems and her name is Pam. Alexis has 3 sisters‚ 2 of which are twins‚ and a brother Santana by her mother..I know 1 sisters are Camille and Mariah. 2 adult siblings have repeatedly denied access despite it being a cps adoption. She was adopted through foster care due to the fact the state refused to separate her from 4 other siblings when family tried to take her in. Blood family was denied access and the state adopted her out to a home that also did not take all 5 children. I don’t believe she knows the truth of her story and has instead been told falsehoods by her foster family. The Feilers of st cloud mn‚ who are very popular in their local foster care system. Questionable situation at best. She needs to know her family‚ siblings‚ niceces and nephews. This was family stolen. Not adoption.
