I’m trying to find my paternal half brother and/or sister. I believe they are anywhere from 11-14 years older than me (I was born in 1994). They should be somewhere in Minnesota. My biological fathers name is Edward Kendall (goes by Ed) he is from St Paul MN. Went to Forest Lake Area High School. He has a brother named Michael Kendall (goes by Mike).
