I’m hoping to connect with my daughter‚ who I named Marie Louise. She was born in Minneapolis‚ MN‚ at what was then St. Mary’s. She was adopted through Children’s Home Society. I was told that the family that adopted her would keep "part" of the name that I gave her. I lived with my aunt in Hopkins MN‚ since I was from northern MN at the time‚ and there weren’t any adoption agencies except for the county. I didn’t think I would be able to appear in a court to renounce my baby‚ and CHSM allowed for a legal adoption without having to appear in court. It is my greatest wish to meet my daughter again.
