On the Petition for Adoption I see there it indicates they took custody of me on 12/9/1971‚ Acquired from Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota‚ and there is a DPW-CW number 144567. There is also an Attorney referenced "John L. Powers". I see no weight‚ height or hospital on my birth certificate.
