I’m looking for my birth family Or any siblings I may have. I was born June 12th 1962 birth certificate Ramsey County and adoption papers say I was born on June 13th 1962. I have 2 different dates on them. My father was a musician both mother and father were young. I was in a foster home till adoped at 11months old with the name Pamela changed to Tamara by adoptive family.Adoptive parents were Richard B Troxel and Ardis C Troxel. I did a dna test with my heritage website too.
