Helping a cousin search for birth siblings. My cousin was born in 1991 and was also adopted. Her birth names was Shawna and the birth name of the sibling was Michelle born April 29, 1980. There were also 2 other siblings given up for adoption. Jesse a male born August 24,1985, Rochelle born June 15, 1987. It is believed that Rochelle is biracial. All children are believe to have different fathers and all born in Minnesota. The birth mothers name was Carol Ann Robideaux. She is deceased and has no known siblings and her parents are deceased.
