I am searching for my older brother (59 years). My parents gave him up for adoption‚ at birth (August 5th)‚ in 1966. He was adopted through Lutheran Social Services‚ in Minneapolis‚ MN. My parents were teenagers‚ and wanted their son to have things in life they wouldn't be able to give him. They were from Grand Rapids‚ MN. They‚ and my maternal grandmother‚ left letters with the adoption service‚ in hopes that‚ someday‚ he would reach out. He has not. Whether but not knowing‚ or not wanting to‚ we don't know. My parents went on to join the Navy (dad)‚ and go to college (mom)‚ get married‚ and have me (43 years‚ MN) and my older sister (46 years‚ CA). They just celebrated 55 years of marriage. I have not done any genetic testing. That is the next step‚ but I thought I would start here.
