I am searching registries on behalf of adoptee. We do not have a lot of information. Hennepin County birth and I suspect it was at North Memorial Hospital but can not confirm. African American Female Born 7/18/1990. She was a high risk infant which can indicate FAS or other health issue at birth. Working on requesting hospital records from North Memorial and HCMC since hospital was not included on the Amended Birth Certificate. Minnesota is a difficult state to search in easily as well as Catholic Charities no longer supporting adoptees without a large sum of money deposited with few results.
