I’m searching for my female cousin who was born in the St. Cloud, MN area in 1958. She was given up for adoption by my aunt and was placed with a family in the Douglas County, MN area. My cousin tried to find her birthmother via a letter which was sent by the Stearns County Minnesota Human Services Division. This was sometime in 2003-2004. My aunt was unable to respond due to a medical condition, and her siblings decided it was best not to respond the inquiry. My family and I would like to find my cousin and hope she is interested in meeting us. Thank you.
