I’m looking for my son and daughter. I know the adoptive family pretty well, however since the county took custody and then adopted my kids to this family they refuse to talk to me. It’s an open adoption from my understanding. I haven’t talked to or seen my 4 and 5 year old since sept of 2019 I miss them so much
