I would like to find my mothers birth family. I am interested in finding information on health history and history in general. My mother is now deceased. She was born on October 2, 1928. I believe she was born in Hennepin county,MN. I have some indication that her birth mother was of French decent and I heard my mother once mention the last name of Stephan or Stefan. I would agree that my mother looked french. I have a picture of her in which she looks very much like Jackie Kenndy who was french. A family named Nelson who lived in St. Paul adopted my Mother. My mothers name was Carol Jeanne and her father was Elmer Carl Nelson.
