The sister of her adopted brother has told me that my DNA matches her adopted brother. She has found some records from a Childrens Home Society of Minnesota in St. Paul but there were no names. It did say his lineage was English-Danish and Irish-Scotch. The form has vague info of the parents and grandparents... except it says "Baby Boy Shaffer". I don’t know if that is the mothers, fathers or adopted parents last name. His mother was 22 and father was 28 at the time of adoption. The mother had 2 years of college and worked as a receptionist. The father had completed junior college and worked for a large business. I have been searching Family History and Ancestry with no results...but I have not given up.
