i was adopted when i was 6 months old. I was in hennepin county in minneapolis minnesota. I have been told that my birth name was mary ann but my adoptive parents changed it. I am now have major health and medical issues and would like to find my birth parents for information and to meet them. Also i have no income so i cant afford to pay if that is what is required
