I am trying to find my moms original birth certificate because she was adopted by her step father in her early child hood life. But I was told by someone that the actual birth certificates were changed upon adoption with the new adoptive parent information on the “ birth certificate “ so I am trying to find my mothers original birth certificate with her parental information.
