I am searching for my older half sister, whom I hope to find. My father is Frank Leroy Frey and her mother is Joyce Hughes and she would have been born in late August or the first couple weeks in September of 1954, Both parents were going to Lemmon High school at the time of her conception. Frank Frey joined the airforce and was in basic training by Jan. 1954 and did not know of the conception until after her birth or very late into the pregnancy of her mother. She may have been born in South Dakota near Lemmon, or in North Dakota or in Minnisotta where Joyce had extended family.
