My mother’s father left the family after 4 children, Kathy, Shirley, Donna & David. I know his name is VINCENT WELSH. He was married to my grandmother MARY GREEN until she finally filed for divorce in the 1980’s in Wisconsin. They were married & living in Minnesota, until moving to Milwaukee, Wisconsin in the mid to late 1950’s.
