I am searching for who would be my father’s half brother, I have a first name of Stephen and possibly a middle name of Mark. This would be my grandfathers son. Birth mother was young (16/17) and originally from WA state however she gave birth in Minneapolis at fairview hospital. She believes he would have grown up in Minnesota, or the La Jolla area of San Diego. He would now be 60/61 years ols.
