My husband was born April 13th, 1966 in Hennepin county, Minnesota. Possibly HCMC. On May 27th, 1966 he was adopted through Lutheran Social Services. We know his birth mother had German measles during her pregnancy resulting in strabismus ( crossed eyes) at the time of his birth.
