My husband‚ who has passed away‚ was the biological father of a female born in Duluth Minnesota. His name was Tony Martin Beck. The mother was Sarah Kirkman‚ who was living in Hermantown Minnesota at the time. There was a Consent form from the Department of Human Services from St. Paul‚ MN that was signed. Agency representatives that signed the consent form at that time were Marilyn Marthalaer‚ Liscensed Social Worker (with St. Louis County) and Robert B. Denardo. The birth name was Jennifer Rose Kirkman. I do not know if she has been looking at all for her biological father. If she is‚ I would be open to meet with her and share any information she may want. She does have wonderful siblings she has never met. Thank you.
