I’m a 75-year old male looking for birth parents’ information and possible siblings. My place of birth was LaCrosse, WI. My adoption was administered by Catholic Charities in the Diocese of Winona (MN). I was housed from birth to Nov. 17, 1944 at St. Joseph’s Orphanage, Wabasha, MN. I was formally/legally adopted by a couple from Austin, MN. My birth certificate states my adoptive mother and father’s names as "parents."
