Looking to find the birth parents of my maternal grandfather, David A. Hamilton. Was adopted by Arthur Steven Hamilton and his wife Susanna P. Boyle Hamilton before the child was 5 mos of age. 1910 census in Minneapolis Minnesota states he was their adopted son and both his parents were Scottish. I found a delayed birth certificate putting them as parents, but no record of an adoption.
