I am looking for any and all information about my fathers birth parents‚ my father has been passed for 13 years now. He was adopted in Warren Minnesota around his birth or very shortly after the information is a bit fuzzy‚ through ancestry I have found who we believe may be his biological father Bascum Wellman‚ he is also passed away with no other children. We have no idea who his birth mother is. Or any aunts or uncle or such on that side‚ I have found some dna connections but nothing ever matches up right. My Dads Adopted parents were Donald and Catherine Townsend‚ they named him Alan Robert Townsend. Maybe his name was already Alan or a form of some of that? I just want to know where I come from‚ where I belong. I’m not out to cause pain or open wounds or anything.
