In either 1998 or 1999‚ my daughter Andrea Marie Skibstead was taken away from me due to my mental illness in Olmsted County in Rochester‚ MN. I have been looking for her for a very‚ very long time and I ask for help in finding her. She was born in Rochester on February 22nd‚ 1994. At Olmsted Community Hospital. I have been lost and have had an empty heart since then. A company that said they would help me find her gave me a picture of her and that was all they did. I have no idea if the pic is even of her since I haven’t seen her since after her birthday when she turned 4.
