I was born on 02/22/1969 at 12:23 am in Minneapolis, MN and was discharged on March 3rd & placed into foster care until i joined my adoptive parents on April 23,1969. Lutheran Social Services of St. Paul, MN handled my placement and the adoption was finalized in Nicollet Co. on 02/18/1970. My birth mother was born in 1948 & was of Norwegian heritage & of Lutheran faith.
