My name is Jerry Bellor. I am looking for a cousin who was taken as a child by child services in southeastern Michigan along with her sister Abigail Harness, William (Billy) Harness, Phillip Pratto, Dwayne Pratto & Alonzo Harness around 1966-67. All of the above have been found. We are now looking for Lillian Grant Harness born 5/14/1960 Detroit, Michigan. Last known place was the Foster Care system in Detroit before she was adopted out. She once contacted her sister Abigail in the early 1970’s but Abigail’s adopted mother told her to never call again and she did not try to contact her again. The biological mothers name is Valarie Catherine Bellor-Pratto-Harper-Kirouac. Pratto at the time of the children being removed from her care. Her name now is Valerie Catherine Kirouac passed away in June of 2018 in the metro Detroit area. HER LAST WISH WAS TO REUNITE ALL HER CHILDREN. All of the children have been found and united with the exception of Lillian. I am Valerie’s nephew Jerry Bellor.
