I am trying to help a friend‚ Vitali. He was born in Surgut in 1994 and was adopted by an American family from Michigan soon after. He believes that his birth mother had to give him a better life because he was the 5th child. He also believes that his 4 older siblings are girls. He has only seen his original birth certificate once‚ so his memory may be faulty‚ but there was no father listed and he remembers his mother’s name as “Mari” or “Marie”. He remembers his birth name as “Vitaly Vasilavick Ustinov” or some variation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
