Tyler was named by his adopted parents Doug and Linda. I selected them while going to therapy with Annette O’Brian at Catholic Family Services in Bay City, MI. I was 16 when I got pregnant and my parents told me give up my child or I would have no place to live as I would not be allowed to live there with them. I met with Doug and Linda before Tyler was born and again the day after he was born and gave them the gifts I had made for him while in school. A growth Chart, a painted wooden box and a yellow square basket that I had made. They shared some pictures of him while he was growing. The last photo I received was when he was 13. I had sent a note letting them know he had a younger brother. I most would like to have them meet. It is very important because my son has no other siblings.
