Orchard’s Children’s Services is one of the adoption agencies that had her last in 2017. Her adopted mom reached out in 2018 but hasn’t kept her end on allowing my other children know her or their other siblings. 2023 I reached out to the adopted my for my youngest daughter to see her siblings and she was only allowed to see them one time due to the adopted mom not wanting me engaged. I reached out due to her stating years ago that my younger children can build bonds but once I lost custody of my son who I have rights to for a year her mind changed.
