I am looking for my cousin who may have been adopted out to a family friend when we were children. I only remember him being close in age to me‚ and I am 36 years old. I believe my age when I saw him last was around 5-6 years old. Which would have been around 1994-1996. He was living in Detroit‚ Michigan at the time. Birth name Michael. His biological mother’s name was Laura Fay Phillips. The family friend that took custody of him was a woman named Lucky‚ although this may be a nickname. Her mother’s name was Joyce.
